RELATIONSHIPS

First of all, you have a relationship with yourself, by which I mean your identity and self-image. This is formed in your childhood by your parents and upbringing, and then by the relationships you build throughout your life. Such as partners, children (see education), colleagues, friends, neighbours and society. Problems can arise in all these forms of relationships. Some are deeply rooted and some problems are more superficial. In both cases I can help you and give you tools. Deepening and analysing the relationship. Making clear where your relationship falters. Relationship with a partner:

  • I have a problem with my partner, but we struggle to talk about it.
  • I want a divorce. How do I maintain communication about our possessions and children?
  • I have been abused (physically/psychologically), how can I rebuild my own life and get back my self-confidence? 
  • I often choose the same type of man/woman. How do I break this pattern?
  • As a single person I find it hard to find a new partner and this makes me feel insecure. How do I deal with this?

Relationship with a parent:

  • I don’t have a good relationship with one or both of my parents. How do I deal with this?
  • I had problems in my youth. How do I deal with this and process what happened?
  • I was abused as a child (physically/mentally) and I still struggle with what happened. And how do I tell my new partner about this?
  • The fight with my parents is rooted so deeply that I want to break off our relationship. How do I deal with these emotions of letting go?

  • I feel lonely in my relationship or as a single person. How do I deal with this sense of loneliness?

Working relationship:

  • I am incredibly unhappy at my job. What can I do to rediscover the pleasure in my work?
  • I am unable to work (burnout-related issues). How do I deal with this?

  • How do I find fulfilment in my work? Am I still in the right job?
